Mi Rim Yun is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and her main practice areas include litigation, arbitration and family law.
She is a specialist in family litigation with more than seven years of experience dedicated to family court adjudication. After completing the Judicial Research and Training Institute, she was appointed as a judge in 2009 and was later selected as a family law judge at the Seoul Family Court in 2021. Yun served for five years at the Seoul Family Court and two years at the Daejeon Family Court, handling a wide range of family disputes, including divorce, inheritance, and guardianship matters, and gained extensive judicial experience in family law cases.
Based on this experience, Mi Rim Yun provides in-depth legal insight and strategic solutions across the full spectrum of family law disputes, including divorce litigation, inheritance disputes such as division of inherited property and claims for return of statutory reserves, as well as non-contentious family proceedings such as adult guardianship. She also advises on inheritance-related litigation connected to corporate control disputes within family-owned businesses.
