Biography
Chan-Keun Park is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and His main practice area is labor and employment law.
In the field of labor and employment law, Mr. Park has handled a wide range of HR-related advisory and litigation matters, including workforce restructuring in the course of corporate mergers and business transfers, labor-management negotiations, consulting on responses to the so-called “Yellow Envelope Act,” improvement of wage structures (including ordinary and average wages), responses to legal disputes under the Dispatch Act, establishment of measures to eliminate discrimination among employees, introduction of flexible working arrangements, consulting and representation in serious accident cases, responses to industrial safety and general labor inspections, and investigations and advisory services concerning workplace harassment and sexual harassment.
