Sora Yang is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and her main practice areas are civil and commercial litigations involving family law, inheritance and property rights.
Ms. Yang handles a wide range of family or inheritance-related matters (divorce, nullification/cancellation of marriage, adult guardian, will, inheritance and return of forced portion) based on her in-depth understanding and experience in the relevant areas. Further, she represents clients in various cases including damage claims against financial institutions, request for correction of media reports against a media company, infringement of plant variety protection rights, litigations regarding redevelopment associations, and disputes involving educational foundations. She is currently a member of the Korean Family Law Association and has published "The Art of Inheritance" and "Inheritance and Gift Tax in One Volume."
