  • Handled and prevailed in litigation involving claims for confirmation of non-existence of obligations (principal claim) and restitution of unjust enrichment (counterclaim) between KSports and eight major domestic business groups (including 20 affiliates) (final judgment rendered in favor of KSports) (2022–2024)
  • Handled and prevailed in the litigation seeking restitution of unjust enrichment between KSports and KT (judgment finalized, 2019~2022)

  • Handled the litigation seeking nullification of marriage in cases where couples broke off their engagements after filing for registration of marriage but before holding wedding ceremonies (12 favorable judgments rendered)
  • Handled cases involving divorce and division of property for high-net-worth individuals, as well as related civil litigation (including title trust cases), securing multiple favorable judgments

  • Case involving a Korean oriental medicine doctor’s violation of the Medical Service Act related to the use of sonogram: Supreme Court’s judgment vacating and remanding the case to the lower court (acquittal rendered in December 2022), followed by a final acquittal in the retrial proceedings after remand
  • Litigation seeking revocation of the disposition suspending business imposed on a Korean oriental medicine doctor for the use of an electroencephalograph: Prevailed in the second-instance proceedings, with the Supreme Court’s judgment in favor of the client finalized (July 2023)
  • Case involving a Korean oriental medicine doctor’s violation of the Medical Service Act on use of a bone density measuring device: Acquitted at all three levels of court (first instance, appellate court, and Supreme Court)
