Biography
Eun Goo Kwon is a patent attorney of the Intellectual Property Group at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main areas of work include advising on intellectual property (IP)-related disputes, adjudication/litigation, and licensing advice.
Mr. Kwon has advised clients in a number of sophisticated technology fields, including mobile communication technology, secondary batteries, semiconductor process and equipment technology, and artificial intelligence. In addition to his patent practice, Mr. Kwon has substantial experience in trademark prosecution and dispute resolution, providing comprehensive brand protection strategies for clients across various industries.
