Biography
Gyun Min Kim is a Partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas are police & prosecution investigations and criminal trials.
Mr. Kim has successfully handled criminal cases in various fields, including corporate law cases such as fraud, embezzlement and breach of trust, cybercrimes such as defamation, protection of intellectual property rights, public sector crimes including bribery and breach of the Public Official Election Act, environment and safety accidents such as medical law and industrial safety and health law, and sexual crimes. Recently, Mr. Kim deals with IT-related criminal affairs such as cryptocurrency, personal information, high-tech leaks, and P2P. He obtained his LL.B. at Korean National Police University (18th class) and worked at the National Police Agency from 2002 to 2007.
